By following educational leaders and teacher networks on Twitter and Facebook, I was able to access professional development webinars, shared lesson plans, and discussions on best practices that connect these programs directly to student achievement. Interactions with colleagues through Pinterest boards and YouTube channels allowed me to see innovative applications of ALEX resources and RTI strategies in real classrooms, which enhanced my understanding of how these initiatives can be tailored to diverse learners. These connections not only deepened my awareness of current and emerging state programs but also provided leadership opportunities to share resources and model effective instructional practices with my peers.
