About Me.

Hello! My name is Jared Faulk. I am a History Teacher and Coach at Geneva County High School in Hartford, Alabama. As an educator, I pride myself on three things; creating a safe and fun learning environment for my students, finding opportunities for every student to achieve success no matter their demographic, and molding the youth into productive members of society through discipline, accountability, and building a strong work ethic.

I believe that teaching goes beyond the bounds of the classroom. The interactions and lessons that children have in school help shape who they will become upon entering College or the work force. Encouraging students not only to be good students but also good people is what drives me to do my job to the best of my abilities.

Through my experiences I have acquired many skills. I am very tech savvy and utilize it daily in my classroom. I have great communication and people skills thanks to my vast experience in the fields of healthcare and service. I am also a skilled problem solver who can find a solution to any situation.
